A LITTLE CARE. A LONGER JOURNEY.
Every effort
deserves a little care.
The training runs. The weekend games.
The commitment, week after week.
You make time for sport. Make time for recovery, too.
We care about children's sporting routines and parents' active lives. We start with your sport, training schedule and how your body feels, then explore the next step together.
YOUR TRAINING. YOUR RHYTHM.
Where are you in your sporting routine?
After training, we first discuss where you feel fatigue or tightness and how long it has lasted, then consider a suitable care plan.
Let's talk about your needs ↗THE INDIBA APPROACH
Behind the technology,
we listen to you.
INDIBA radiofrequency care.
It starts with understanding you.
INDIBA is a non-invasive radiofrequency technology. Suitability depends on the particular device, its instructions for use and your individual circumstances.
We explain the process before care begins and check in with you throughout, making adjustments within the device's requirements. You can ask questions, raise any discomfort or pause at any time.
Explore INDIBA's official information ↗INDIBA product ranges have different intended uses. Care must be within the device's intended purpose and based on an individual assessment. Results vary.

Check suitability
We check the particular device's suitability requirements. If you need medical care, we recommend an appropriate medical assessment first.

Ask about your first visit ↗For anyone under 18, we must first verify age requirements, device instructions, practitioner qualifications and guardian consent. An enquiry does not confirm suitability for care.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
You may be wondering.
Understand your options.
Make the decision that suits you.
Can children have INDIBA care?+
Playing sport alone does not establish suitability. For anyone under 18, we need to check the particular device's instructions, age requirements, practitioner qualifications, individual circumstances and guardian consent. You are welcome to ask about suitability for your child. An enquiry does not confirm they can receive care.
Can adults book as well?+
Yes, you can enquire about a consultation. Whether you train regularly, compete or enjoy everyday fitness, we first discuss your activity and individual circumstances, then consider whether care may be suitable.
What if I have a recent injury or ongoing pain?+
For a recent injury, persistent pain or recurring injuries, seek an appropriate medical assessment first. Recovery care does not replace diagnosis, physiotherapy or a rehabilitation plan prescribed by your doctor.
What does the care feel like?+
Sensations vary with the equipment, approach and individual, and may include warmth. We explain the process before starting and check how you feel throughout. Tell us promptly about any discomfort so care can be adjusted or stopped.
Can I train or compete straight afterwards?+
Receiving care does not mean you are cleared to return to training or competition. That decision depends on your condition, the care provided and relevant professional advice. A temporary improvement in how you feel should not lead you to overlook an injury.
How long is the first visit, what does it cost, and do I need a referral?+
The duration and fees for an initial consultation or care are to be confirmed. Please check by WhatsApp or phone before booking. Referral requirements depend on your circumstances and the service requirements. If you already have a medical assessment or rehabilitation advice, let us know during your consultation.
